McDonald's provides good service, with staff often going above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. The location is highly accessible for wheelchair users. While there may be occasional mistakes with orders, the staff are patient and kind, sometimes even surprising customers with free food. The morning crew is particularly notable for their excellent service, making customers feel valued and appreciated. Overall, McDonald's offers a consistent and efficient customer service experience. Customers praise the staff, especially Gonzalo, for their great customer service and attentiveness. The manager is also appreciated for her hard work, especially during busy lunch hours, showing care and attentiveness to every customer. The restaurant features a play place, making it kid-friendly, and the ice cream machines are often working, which customers find enjoyable. Some reviews mention that the quality of coffee may have diminished, and cashiers do not always ask if more is needed when handing food. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience remains positive.
