Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company offers a mixed experience. The location has plenty of parking and very pleasant, cooperative employees who provide the best service. The staff is friendly and works well together, creating a seamless and organized morning. They allow customers to customize drinks, which results in killer drinks and some of the best Starbucks drinks ever. However, the experience is not always consistent. While some visits are amazing with a welcoming attitude, the location has lost some customer service and drinks are constantly incorrect. New waffles were extremely disappointing with a terrible flavor and texture, described as dry, crumbly, and inedible. Cleanliness gets a 4 star, and the noise level can be oddly high. Overall, it is not a 5 star experience but okay all around, though some customers have gone from regulars to very occasional visitors.
