I will never go back to Charleston and Rainbow location not great customer service we spend $100 plus every single morning before start working that’s the closest one at our Dealership so all our Managers and Salespeople purchase coffee on that location today I don’t appreciate the Attitude ,
great customer service and products!
Had a terrible terrible day and I just really needed a pick me up. Pulled into Starbucks, got my regular order. Took a sip and my life changed. I have never been met with such kindness before at any establishment. I’m pretty sure this coffee cured my depression. My barista, Elliot, was the most nicest. Kindest employee ever. Can’t wait to come back.

Starbucks Coffee Company is known for its excellent customer service and high-quality drinks. Many customers have shared their positive experiences, highlighting the kindness of the baristas. One customer mentioned how a barista made their day better, and another praised a team member for going above and beyond when an item was out of stock. However, there were also some mixed experiences, with one customer noting a lack of attentiveness from a different employee. The coffee and drinks are consistently well-made, with customers appreciating the ability to customize their orders. While the space can be small and busy, especially during peak times, the overall atmosphere remains welcoming. The Pistachio Iced Coffee with Coconut Milk and Pistachio Cold Foam has become a favorite among regulars. Despite some customer service inconsistencies, Starbucks remains a popular choice for coffee lovers looking for a reliable pick-me-up.
