My drink was delicious but I said to use my reward for my birthday and when I checked my gold card when I got home the $8 for my drink was taken off my card and my reward wasn't used.

I went in an Albertsons to get my morning started with a simple Tall, Black with no room the cashier informed at 9:00am they only have Pike. She just shurged her shoulders & ask wi that do. I stated back to her with a NO answer, however I'm in line & I guess so, not happy at all. Then she aak well there be anything more which I said I would have a cinnmanonon cake, which she reply that is out of that item too. She rung up my order I handed her my SB card! I had a lot going on this morning, and I usually make my breakfast at home. But this day I couldn't. In between what I was doing, I decided to stop at Starbucks for a bite to eat. First off the girl was bending over doing something. I'm pretty patient, but she didn't look around to see there were customers, finally, I got her attention. I ordered the bacon breakfast sandwich.
