I recently visited Starbucks and had an amazing experience thanks to Anel! I ordered two drinks and mentioned that it might be tricky to carry them back to work without spilling. She went above and beyond by putting the drinks in a smaller carrier , bagging them professionally, and even adding stickers to prevent any spills. This kind of thoughtful, attentive service really makes a difference. Anel is a gem, and her dedication to customers truly stands out!
