Stopped in to get after school snacks. Place was clean and orderly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was tasty and a good value.
Good family dinner.
Weird chicken pieces in my bowl yesterday.

El Pollo Loco offers a mix of experiences. The food is described as hot and flavorful, with the Original Pollo Bowl being a delicious and affordable choice. However, the chicken avocado burrito is reportedly lacking in chicken. The customer service is praised as exceptional, with friendly employees who provide excellent service. However, this particular location has had some quality issues, needing deep cleaning and a stressed-out team.
Recent reviews highlight the exceptional customer service provided by Marlon, who has turned things around and received praise for his pleasant and refreshing attitude. Customers also note the tasty food, though some express frustration with online orders missing items. Overall, this location is described as having the best customer service, with friendly staff and a nice ambiance.
