A chain coffee shop. Customer service, ambiance, and my coffee choice were very good. The young woman helped me figure out that I could have 'heavy cream' added as an option to keep my coffee keto-friendly. They have available stevia packets. I had to ask as the sugar packets are kept behind the counter and not on the self-serve bar. I also noticed that there is a code required to get into the restroom. I've been a Starbucks customer for many years, and have been to multiple locations in Nevada, as well as other states. I would like to recognize this location because it stands out from the rest. I placed a mobile order before I was going to start my errands and as I waited inside from my drink to be prepared, I noticed the baristas were welcoming customers in, some even by name. Started going to this Starbucks after the one on Rainbow and Washington closed for a few months for remodeling. This is now my go to Starbucks location staff are on point and friendly. Jayda a staff member was working the drive thru when I arrived and was over the top bubbly and friendly at 9A. A great start to the day!
