This review is a little over due. Every time we stop by this location the staff is extremely kind always taking time to greet us, they are very fast so I can count an express service if I’m in a rush. Corina was kind enough to solve a misunderstanding of a cancelled order with a great customer service leadership. Thank you for all the hard work you guys do. Restrooms, patio and lobby area are always kept to a high standard.
Let me just say that if you plan to go to this Starbucks location, DON’T! Kids are running the place, they have no customer service skills and act as if they haven’t been trained. They don’t know anything, can’t answer any questions and just stare at you like they’re on something more powerful than coffee.
