I took my daughter to get a bagel for her birthday and the cashier, Heaven, was so sweet. She was helpful in explaining how to order the combo I wanted. And she gave my daughter a little something special for her birthday. The manager also ensured we were able to use our coupon. I loved this location.
This location has gone way down hill. It takes a minimum of 25 minutes to get a bagel toasted with cream cheese. And, generally, your order is wrong. The floors are dirty anymore. Won't be back.
I've been to this location a few times and Heaven has been absolutely amazing! Such a sweet person! She goes above and beyond for costumers! I hope the establishment realizes the gem they have here!
