I visited on 14 February 2024 and received Excellent Service.I ordered the : Chocolate Hazlenut Cookie Coldbrew w/ 3 LC's via the App ,When I arrived my order was ready in the Pickup Area.I loved the way my drink tasted and it was exactly the way I ordered it.I will definitely be a returning visitor again!!

Standard Starbucks, maybe a little larger than most, but drive thru is a little worse due to lack of exterior room. Service was fast and friendly and coffee, the usual.

I have been coming here for a few months and every so often my drink is perfect, reason to the 2 stars. But there were a couple of times that they forget my extra shot of espresso and i went back in to ask for the extra shot even offer to pay again and it's the same lady making the drinks, this morning I was looking forward to my coffee, noticed it was the same lady this time making the drinks, I took a look at my drink noticed it was a little off, I asked this time if the extra shot was added they said yes, but no it was not added and or they just put way the much syrup (not requesting for more syrup) because all I unfortunately taste is milk and the syrup, waaay too sweet for my liking, I can not taste one bit of espresso.

Went there to get an iced chai latte w matcha foam. Sooo good, my daughter showed me that drink off the secret menu during summer and I’m not over it yet. It’s our fave. We also got a cake pop for the lil one. Fast and friendly. I love coming to this one.Vegetarian options: Tomato mozzarella on focaccia omg that’s a bomb sandwich, they also have the crispiest grilled cheese. They have spinach and cheese egg bites, bagels.Parking: Huge lot.
1st & last time at this location,Cashier that served me at 2:25pm was so ruuuude.How do you get mad because I'm asking when my "tall" medicine ball would be ready! Tall! I mean every customer after me,received their "fraps".The attitude & hand gestures,she could've kept! Decent customer service is SO HARD TO FIND these days.

Starbucks has never recovered from the pandemic. Pike Place coffee, their most reliable brand, now tastes terrible and they haven't returned creamer and sugar to the outside tables.
I like this place in spite of the fact that it's very noisy. Interesting people patronize it.

The cashier in this location demonstrated such a poor customer service. Do not tell me I didn’t say what i said, and next time deescalate the situation instead of going back and forth with your customer just to prove what you thought you heard was right (there goes your training). Either this poor lady was trained poorly or she posses a bad customer service.

Not sure why I've been coming in for coffee? Maybe cause it doesn't taste good at home and I have the same beans?!? So I went through two venti blond roast and they are so lite?!? Blonde roast is always darker and the strongest caffeine cooler they have! Not sure if they just put less in and take the rest home?!?!? Anyway it's time for Dutch bros coffee and see how they are. Or it could be me!?!? Since the blonde roast was so weak I had the pike place roast that really tasted good. Usally too strong so maybe they are putting less coffee to make the paperwork look better in the store?!? Pike place was always a cream and sugar coffee cause it is so strong. Why am I such a coffee hound! Haha!!! Oh plus it's over priced. On a good note the staff are nice!!
