I ordered a frap, a Pikes Peak drip and a decaf...they brought them out one at a time. I brought the cold one out first and then the drip. I kept waiting for the decaf. I asked them about it and they looked clueless. I told them that I'm afraid my frappe is going to be hot and my coffee is going to be cold and I still won't have my decaf. They then gave me an instant decaf. No bueno.

This Starbucks Coffee Company location offers convenient access off the 215 or 95 on North Durango in the Montecito Shopping Center, with free parking, handicap parking, and handicap access. The interior is very nice, neat, and cozy, with indoor and outdoor seating and drive-up service. The staff is great, very friendly, cheerful, and happy, working well together. Avery and her team were amazing, helping with a medicine tea order not available on DoorDash or Uber Eats. JEN had a great attitude and willingness to help. The manager is responsible and respectful. Drinks come out as expected, with perfectly made beverages and a clean drive through. Wait in line is minimal. However, the location runs on a skeleton crew, so service is average and it is never clean.
