Dunkin' is a favorite spot with a friendly staff, clean environment, and a large seating area. They offer Pumpkin Lattes, which are sweet but tasty. The app provides decent promotions for regular customers, and one of the highlights is a coupon book that rewards loyal customers with free hot or iced coffee for 15 months. Despite great food like bagel bites and good coffee, there have been mixed experiences. Some customers have faced sold-out items, and there are reports of slow service, with one customer noting a 15-minute wait for a mobile order. However, many appreciate the consistent quality of their drinks. A standout staff member, Valerie, has received praise for her helpfulness, making the experience enjoyable for those unsure of what to order. Dunkin' also offers plenty of parking and a drive-thru option for added convenience.
