1/1/24 - 6pm. Place is freezing cold. All the tables and seats are dirty and the store in disarray. The lone employee seemed overwhelmed, but with plenty of spare time to read her phone. I’m not likely to return.
Our favorite Dunkin' location. They have the same menu and same slow service as every other Dunkin' but this one has very friendly staff, a large sitting area, and it's very clean. We probably go there once or twice a week.I like their Pumpkin Lattes. They're a little sweet but tasty. Much better than another major chain.If you go to Dunkin' regularly you should get their app. They have some decent promotions.

Lately everytime I order something on my app I have a problem. If I order a baked item, I get to the window and they tell me they don't have it. Answer is always I can give you a donut. Everytime my order was for something more than a classic donut. The app is not updated well enough to actually order anything but drinks.
