Horrible! I don't know whatever happened to that place (Carl's Jr), it used to be pretty decent but now every time I go there everything is always cold like it's been sitting for hours, the service is okay, sometimes it's a little slow for the cold food they produce. The people at my location is always pretty nice though.
I had left a 5 star review previously, but had to add this story:Nov. 2022 one night, I took my dog to the emergency room. We got out of there around midnight. This was the only place open after to get us both something to eat. The man at the window saw him, said some sweet words to get his tail wagging, and gave him a plain kids burger for free. Delicious but pretty obnoxiously expensive. Not sure where fast food restaurants justify charging $20 for a single meal anymore when nothing about said meal has improved from when it was much cheaper.As per the norm, it's greedflation by companies reporting record profits yet claiming covid hurt them and that nobody wants to work (nobody wants to work for minimum wage and I don't blame them)
