Went in at 10:00pm and didn't get to order for 6 minutes. They finally took my order and took 15 minutes to receive my food. There were 2 other cars in front of me. There seemed to be only 1 cook and 1 person taking orders. Food was not hot or warm at all. Everything we ordered was cold, and the tomatos on our burgers were spoiled. Fries were old but tasted decent. I'm not sure why fresh food isn't being served at night, but almost a $30 order for cold, old food is ridiculous.

Customer is standing at the counter. No one has acknowledged, and then I have been standing here for at least three minutes still have not received my order everybody’s just standing around. apparently the manager who is this not care about the calendar because she would rather delegate the work instead of doing it herself. Employees are not friendly at all

I live very close to this location so I frequently visit. I enjoy their breakfast lunch and dinner options. The Santa Fe chicken sandwich is amazing. The burgers are chargrilled and delicious. The fries and sides are also very good.Service is "My Pleasure" Every time I speak with the drive thru attendant. They are accommodating and polite. Very nice experiences in the drive thru.The breakfast menu has an awesome breakfast burger. Comes with eggs, hash browns, ketchup, beef patty and cheese. I don't hold back, so all that piled on the burger is definitely fast food elegance. The steak breakfast burrito is my other go to option. The slices of steak taste tender, flavorful and they mix a salsa that has a bite. Not some processed, soupy tasting liquid red stuff... LolThe bathroom is always clean and does not need a code or key. If you're in a hurry, come thru the front door and make a quick left and they are ready.Located next to a Dunkin Donuts and auto replace place. Parking is abundant and drive thru moves quickly.Very good place to eat. Growing up, I was always looking at McDonald's because of marketing. I wasn't introduced to Carl's Jr until my adulthood. It is a superior burger place.
Delicious but pretty obnoxiously expensive. Not sure where fast food restaurants justify charging $20 for a single meal anymore when nothing about said meal has improved from when it was much cheaper.As per the norm, it's greedflation by companies reporting record profits yet claiming covid hurt them and that nobody wants to work (nobody wants to work for minimum wage and I don't blame them)

Bunch of 17 year old kids to high to get an order correctly.. literally came back cause they messed up order and they did exactly the same thing..no management just some kids playing on there phones robbing the owner of a paycheck and the customer of a decent timely meal...feel sorry for the owner what a circus.

There were only 3 cars in the drive thru (including us) and we only ordered 2 burger meals. We had to wait out front for 10 minutes, while other cars were also asked to wait out front from the now empty drive thru…. When our food came out, the fried products were luke warm and I can’t even believe what this jalapeño “double” cheese burger looks like…. See attached photos, but really? These are probably 2 oz each. Like a small sausage patty size!ALSO…. Refunds or exchanges take 3-5 days upon manager approval. Hahaha. This is printed on their receipts! That’s not a good sign! LolJust stay home and order door dash or Uber eats from a real restaurant for the same price. lol. I should know better ??♀️

Two hours in the car service and not even the employees deigned to look at you. When I get home I find that the sandwich I paid for was not included.
