Have been going to this one off and on for awhile and definitely one of the worst I’ve come across… service is okay about 1/3 of the time but the rest of the time terrible. Equipment is frequently broken, out of different products and worst of all is when I made the mistake of ordering a cappuccino I get a cup 2/3 filled with foam and maybe a little espresso….. definitely not going to be going to this one anymore.

The donut price for these basic donuts are ridiculous and pathetic if you ask me. How dare you charge so much for them when Pink box donuts are way better quality and cheaper for a dozen then buying from you!!!!

Average Dunkin shop. I was only in there to get a gift card but waited 20 minutes. They didn't seem busy but it took a minute. The ladies were pleasant.

Lately everytime I order something on my app I have a problem. If I order a baked item, I get to the window and they tell me they don't have it. Answer is always I can give you a donut. Everytime my order was for something more than a classic donut. The app is not updated well enough to actually order anything but drinks. This location seems to be out of everything in the afternoons. Especially the special items are always out of stock. I've stopped going to this location. I will pay a little more and go to Starbucks.

I would drink a pecan cold brew every day if we had Dunkin in Canada.
For some reason every single time I order pick up they’re missing items from my order. So a “quick stop” turns into a 10min wait for your order to be completed.

Around 4pm, we stop to pick up a dozen donuts. When we got home and tried them. They were not even fresh and they were dried out like day old product. We through them out. It was our first time there and it will be the last.

1/1/24 - 6pm. Place is freezing cold. All the tables and seats are dirty and the store in disarray. The lone employee seemed overwhelmed, but with plenty of spare time to read her phone. I’m not likely to return.
