I stop by the Starbucks, which is located inside of Safeway.Even after getting my drink, Matthew asked, said, let me know if you need me to add more water to your drink. I ordered an Americano grande, and a slice of their pumpkin spice cake with pepitas. I was asked, without my even prompting them, would you like me to warm this up for you? Super respectful calling me ma'am. Although it made me feel really old. I am getting older, though there's no denying. After collecting my items, said, have a great day have the rest and have a great rest of your day. And did he sentence with ma'am. He was so polite! Made me feel so weird, especially coming from LA where we don't always get that kind of treatment. Matthew is very engaging with all the customers, making them feel cared for, and letting them know that they matter! Exceptional service! “I still love my homemade morning wake up coffee, but when I'm out running errands in the afternoon ... Nothing beats a double shot caramel with extra whip cream and a little drizzle of caramel on top for that late day pick me up.. Yummmmmm“
“I've visited this location several times over the last month. Service has always been good and I get my coffee fast even though they are very busy throughout the day. Minus a star because most of the time when I come in, I smell dirty burning ovens instead of coffee. The environment is a little on the grungy side compared to every Starbucks I've been to. This location could use a thorough cleaning one day SOON.“
