Love being able to order ahead on app. yes there are long waits, but that happens when people don't want to work anymore. The staff that come to work are still working hard and friendly.
I hear people say Starbucks is overpriced. I ordered my normal drink at human bean the other day and it was the same price for a smaller size. based on that, I'd say Starbucks beats the competition.

stop ripping people off! I got a couple monsters cause the price read $1.50 each. they charged me more like $2.50... no way I would have paid this much, no wonder walmart is always busy, at least they charge the price on the tags. im really upset!
