Love being able to order ahead on app. yes there are long waits, but that happens when people don't want to work anymore. The staff that come to work are still working hard and friendly.
I hear people say Starbucks is overpriced. I ordered my normal drink at human bean the other day and it was the same price for a smaller size. based on that, I'd say Starbucks beats the competition.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has helpful and friendly staff who are knowledgeable about drinks. The location in Kingman is considered the best because they take their time and do not rush customers. The food is always fresh. There are kid drinks for the road. However, another reviewer felt the coffee outlet was overpriced and not drawn to it, though a Starbucks inside a grocery store provided a satisfactory experience for groceries.
