Kat was working alone around lunchtime, and there was a line of patrons that she handled so beautifully and professionally while keeping a smile on her face the entire time. We were genuinely impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and work ethic. Despite the conditions, she made our coffees perfectly and in good time.

Protect her at all costs and give her a raise. She is absolutely wonderful!

I didn't visit Starbucks, but instead, I visited a grocery store called 'Safeway' (Albertsons) to do some grocery shopping and they had a Starbucks located inside the store. It looked like any other overpriced Starbucks coffee outlet to me and I simply wasn't drawn to it at all. I got some groceries though... It was a satisfactory experience for the most part. ?‍♂️
