First and last time to this Starbucks inside Safeway store because I wanted Oatmilk in my drink only to be told they were out of it. Mind you, they are inside a grocery store where there are plenty of oat milk options. Then I asked for a shortbread cookie and they were out of those. Shelly was the only one work and she was doing a phenomenal job. Kept a smile on her face and worked as fast as she could with the customers.I ordered a new drink and she was more than happy to make it and it came out amazing.

I do not believe they train the new barista as they should. Have gone here since it opened, but rarely go now. My orders are 8 of 10 times made incorrect, and it wasn't customized! I have been told 3 times now...."We don't have decaf", "we're a coffee shop we serve coffee not decaf".After reading that, can you honestly say they were trained at all?
