I come to this Starbucks all the time and the staff has always been awesome. Today though, Ryan went above and beyond. I came through the drive-thru and when I made it to the window, he realized my order had been made wrong. He acknowledged it, apologized, and without me asking, fixed the order. I appreciated it so much that he had paid attention and provided excellent customer service!

Starbucks is a great spot for a quick coffee stop, especially in the mornings. The staff is known for being kind, informative, and honest about drink recommendations. However, it's important to note that while it's a good option for those willing to get out of their car, it is not a drive-thru. The Carmel ribbon crunch drink has been mentioned to be lacking in caramel and crunch sprinkles by some customers, who suggest going to Albertson's or Target instead. The location can get extremely busy, but the staff maintains great customer service and the food and drinks are usually correct. Some items may be out of stock, so it's recommended to check the app beforehand. Overall, it's a nice addition to the area of Old Henderson, which is not always sought after by businesses.
