“I want this review to go straight to management/ any higher ups in the company. Yesterday 4/26/2026 I went to get a smoothie and some food and your guys’ blender was broken. I forgot this kids name I just remeber him saying it was spelled with a K anyways he was there by himself and when I tell you this was the prime example of excellent customer service I mean you should have this kid in your company training videos. Not only did he go out of his way to go above and beyond for me and my boyfriend, he literally gave us the stuff to make the smoothie at home because the blenders were broken. He was attentive, QUICK! Being that he was the only one there, annd incredibly kind. This guy (I can’t believe I forgot his name) NEEDS to be promoted HE DESERVES IT!!! Please get back to my comment and let me know when he’s employee of the year ok thank you“
