“I love tropical smoothie and have no problem with their food or products. Usually I have a pretty average customer experience which is fine with me. however, I feel like the employees working today felt like they were being held hostage. There was less than a neutral expression, very monotone, and unpleasant. I tipped her thinking that maybe she just needed a little pick me up and she didn’t even say have a nice day or anything after asking me if I want my receipt.“
“My overall experience has been great with food and smoothies; my entire family enjoy TropSmooth. However, I use the drive through regularly a few times a week for the Baja Chicken Wrap and I customize it every time (no cheese, no spicy salsa, substitute with Ranch dressing, light rice extra black bean, double chicken). They make it correctly every time and receipt reflects what I actually ordered. I pay with cash every time and receive correct change every time.Parking: Plenty of handicap spots, very safe and easy access.“

“The young lady that took my order on 11-22, 2022 around 11:15am.. was so sweet and kind. There was a car in front of me but I wasn't waiting to long. I know how it is at Tropical smoothie with getting fresh food made so I wasn't bothered by the wait. We ordered a wrap and two drinks. We got our stuff pretty quick when we pulled up to the window. I had a very good experience here. When though the area around here isn't that great. I just have to write a good review for this location bc the one in the off Saint rose needs a time out and a lesson from this location. Thank you for the fresh hot food and very nice service“

“Fast and efficient service, there usually aren't many people inside at any time that I drop in. Ambiance is inviting and the lights are usually dim. I usually get the green detox smoothie which has no added sugars. I have yet to try their food, but it all looks delicious and healthy. I will try the food on the next run.“
“It's rare to come across such amazing customer service at chain locations. So imagine my surprise when my boys and I were treated with such care. We went on a little smoothie date and our day was made because of the woman at Tropical Smoothie. She gave us extra time and attention. She sliced my baby's apple into slices and made us feel taken care of. I'm so grateful. It's hard being a mommy, so when I'm taken care of, I appreciate it“

“Awesome experience. I will get your name kind sir. Smoothies were spot on. Delicious and rejuvenating! Not only did he have to put up with me, he had to clean up my mess when I accidentally dropped one of them by the door. And he taught me a new trick to get straws out of wrappers with out cracking the staw! I don't give 5 stars, but he earned them!“

“Ok so I need to research if this place exists in Solano county. I need this in my everyday life. It needs to be a part of my routine. I really believe my well being would improve. LOL. “Went to this location today because the flamingo one is closed.. Decided to go inside because drive through line was a little long. There was only 2 employees and it was packed also over year they got a big online order. The Manager was super nice and although under those circumstances they still didn’t treat customers in a bad or with attitude.. I believe they should have been at least 3-4 employees because there is no humanly way possible they can finish everything in a timely matter it’s fresh smoothies and food the OWNER should be more considerate to his employees and in return customers. For the price of those smoothies I’m sure they can afford to have at least 3 employees on the busy shifts l. But other than that everything was great and customer service was too.“

“We went thru the Drive Thru for some much needed smoothies and the woman who took care of us was spectacular. She mentioned she was from Hawaii and was helping us with our severe hangover by educating us on the add ons for the smoothie. She gave us some great recommendations for us to do in Vegas.“
“This place is a spacious smoothie cafe with lots of options for drinks and bites! The smoothie is refreshing but a little too sweet compared to other places. The Caribbean wrap is is amazing, I especially like the pineapple that in added inside. The service was fast from ordering to receiving the food and drink.“
“A fantastic young man was working when I ordered and he treated me so respectfully. I am an elderly lady and don't often receive employee's full attention, but this spectacular employee tended to my every need. This was a few weeks ago and I will never forget about how well "Bear" treated me. He also recommended amazing smoothies to me, the mama bahama and paradise peanut.“

“Placed an online order and when I went to pick it up there was a minor problem with the order. The gentleman who made the smoothie politely acknowledged the mistake and remade it in under a minute and even let me keep the other one.Mistakes happen, but 5 stars for customer service! It was of course delicious as usual!“

“I decided to try this location after experiencing inconsistent service and dissatisfactory smoothies at a different location. I went on a Thursday evening, and the restaurant looked brand new, like it recently opened. From the front, it seems like a dine-in-only restaurant. However, customers can locate the drive-thru to the far right, which loops around the rear of the building.I ordered the Chi Oatmeal pudding bowl, which tasted as delicious as the photos look. I expected it to be hot because I thought all oatmeal was hot. However, it is a cold dish.I did not receive my receipt so I couldn't add points for my purchase, and the manager did not ask me if I wanted to dine in or not; she just handed me the bag.I only went to this location once, and I will return for the Oatmeal pudding bowl and to find out if their smoothie-making is better than the previous location I frequented.“
“Everything was great except I ordered online and came in to pick up the person who served me was rude didn't say your welcome or how can I help you or anything I waited to see if they were still making my order for a few minutes watched another person order then they got there food so I figured I better ask for my order seems how none of the 3 people working acknowledged me at all other than that no problems“
