The food and location were great but the gentleman who took my order was very rude and had little to no customer service, he said his name was Dominic, if the manager is reading this I suggest you have a word with him.
I'm surprised this chain has gotten so many poor reviews; our experience with Tropical Smoothie is totally positive. My dad and I order smoothies nearly once a week on family nights, and of the hundred we've had, they've only disappointed us once (watery, flavorless. Awesome experience. I will get your name kind sir. Smoothies were spot on. Delicious and rejuvenating! Not only did he have to put up with me, he had to clean up my mess when I accidentally dropped one of them by the door. And he taught me a new trick to get straws out of wrappers with out cracking the staw! I don't give 5 stars, but he earned them!
