Awesome experience. I will get your name kind sir. Smoothies were spot on. Delicious and rejuvenating! Not only did he have to put up with me, he had to clean up my mess when I accidentally dropped one of them by the door. And he taught me a new trick to get straws out of wrappers with out cracking the staw! I don't give 5 stars, but he earned them!

Store says it's open until 2am. Went through the drive thru at 10pm and a rude voice over the intercom said they were closed. The drive thru menu was broken and falling apart, trash all outside the build and in the lane. Overall disgusting.

Came in one morning to order and when I walked in I noticed a young male behind the counter chopping it up with two females. No biggie but he gave me the impression that I interrupted him and his convo, mind you I just wanted to get my smoothie and leave. After making my smoothie and he realized the girls had already left he placed my cup down and tossed my straw towards the edge of the counter where it almost fell. Kinda took that personal….

If I could give it zero stars I would. Paid $30 for delivery cause I’m at work( very busy and be dry hungry) . I ordered a smoothie and a quesadilla. I only received the smoothie. Called and the guy on the phone asked another guy if he gave the driver my food. Asked to speak to a manager he said they can’t do anything about it. The driver has to go back. And they can’t refund. Obviously I can’t go it myself or I wouldn’t have had it delivered. This is completely ridiculous they can’t do anything about it. Then I had someone offer to go to pick it for me and they are now denying my phone call!!! I order from this place all the time but they have horrible customer service . And denying my phone calls now is just the cherry on top.

Manager here Charles D treated us with incredible rudeness and incompetence. Made us wait to take order while he flirted with random girls. Then when we got up to counter he said “we’re closed.” Made a huge deal about how my name is hard to spell. Very weird dude. Corporate HQ needs to hire better than these clowns.

I walked in both cashier's looked at me continued about there day. I stand at the register to take my order. Instead of greeting me or welcoming me, or even asking "what can I get for you!" Cashier's just stares at me so I decided not to spend money there and come next door to Starbucks. And atmosphere was totally different I was greeted and treated with respect I am an African American woman so a lot of things are very sensitive. There was other customers in tropical smoothie who actually had more respect for me then the store clerks. Never coming here again. I usually come here tho no issue but whoever this new girl is she hates back people or her job. A short skinny girl.

This location is in a very nice area so I was shocked at the poor customer service by the two young ladies working 06/01/23 ( morning shift ) I have a Chia banana boost every day at various locations around the LV Valley. I had to circle back around to have them remake my smoothie. It was lacking all of the fruit. Mostly water and peanut butter. The young lady who made re made it was obviously mad that she had to remake it. WOULDN'T you know, even the 2nd time around she got it wrong. This time I am positive that she re made it badly on purpose. It was very gritty and I got very sick after drinking 1/4 of it. Huge liability to this location. These ladies need proper training and need to learn how to make each smoothie. She scooped in several scoops of powdery substance that now after tasting it, I'm positive it was not supposed to be in my smoothie. I had never had one that tasted so bad. 2 days later my stomach is still swollen and bloated. Please address these employees and properly train them to make smoothies and please train them on Customer service.
