It’s a disgrace that they’d have only one person working the drive-thru; I waited over 40 minutes, but the young man who served me apologized for the delay, and he looked exhausted. The delay isn't the employee's fault, but rather the result of the company exploiting staff by putting just one person there.
Huge language barrier. The guy who took my order had such a thick accent I couldn’t understand what he was asking at the window. He then proceeded to sigh and get an attitude & was annoyed with me for not being able to understand him. Also the bowls are not freshly made. Premade & frozen. We weren’t told the total or offered a receipt. There was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the inside. We will not be returning.
Tried to order at the speaker and told them it was muffled and they seemed mad that I could not understand. Finally I was directed to the window and at the window they just seemed frustrated taking my order. Nobody seems to speak english at this site. Food was good but service is lacking.
