ordered on the app to pick it up; no sign of any worker and waited at the drive thru to see if anyone would answer. circled around and it was completely empty. i have to dispute it on my card now because i left after waiting 10 mins to see if anyone was working, and left empty handed.
Bad Service, Employees were rude and unclear when speaking and a huge wait time. Made me wait 15 minutes for a smoothie. Huge language barrier. The guy who took my order had such a thick accent I couldn’t understand what he was asking at the window. He then proceeded to sigh and get an attitude & was annoyed with me for not being able to understand him. will not be returning.
We order on the app then get in the store and you don’t have anything and then your workers don’t know how to recommend something similar or close. They also aren’t even willing to try and figure it out. I’m not usually one to complain but if you make the mistake of leaving something on an app for me to order then I expect either a recommendation upfront or I expect you to make what I asked. That’s just not ok.
