Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes for one smoothie. There was a car in front of us with an upset customer. Instead of asking said customer to pull to the front and resolve the issue, they sat in the drive thru for over 30 mins arguing over a free wrap. Once the person behind us got out of their car and asked the employee to please have her pull forward to let us all out of the line, we were able to move. This establishment truly is not 24-hrs. I placed an order online and there was no one there. No one manning the drive-thru or behind the counter. There were other online order tickets piling up and on the ground. Now it's an act of Congress to get a refund. If there was a rating less than one star, I would give it.
