It's interesting because none of the locations I've seen have more than 3 stars. I think that says a lot! They don't even have anywhere on the website where you can send comments, so clearly they don't care about the service. I ordered a sunrise sunset smoothie and a hummus wrap with no ranch. I asked twice for no ranch. They still put ranch on it, AND when he gave me the food there were no chips so I had to ask for the chips. Smoothies and food are great. Asking for tips, I disagree with in the drive through. I paid with cash and didn't even get my change back yet before they were asking about a tip. They have been asking for tips for about a year now. Also, the ladies are wearing fake nails. I'm pretty sure that is against health code. ( at least it was when I worked in food service )
