“I almost always get the spicy chicken sandwich. I like it. The bun could be a lot better, but the patty is spot on. I also like that Wendy's has diet coke. I use to get the frosty which is delicious but so bad for you. I don't know what happened with their chili it's just so gross now.“
“Been ordering food here for at least a decade. Always drive-thru, which is fast and courteous. Food is always hot and fresh, and I've never gotten an incorrect order. Can't speak for inside dining, but for drive-thru, it's one of my favorites.“
“I set out to grab some delicious fried shrimp from Popeye's on my lunch break today. Per usual, when I pulled up the drive-thru was crowded as all get out. So begrudingly, I decided to listen to the angel on my shoulder and get something healthier next door at this Wendy's location.I ordered the Apple Pecan Salad without chicken. It came with a cute little packet with all the fixin's I needed like napkins, cutlery, candied pacans and pomegranate vinagrette. I appreciated that because I have been to places in the past and placed drive-thru orders, only to get back to my destination missing a fork, or the dressing, etc.. The flavor combo hit the spot! Just the right amount of crunch from the granny smith apples, just the right amount of sweetness from the dried cranberries and vinragrette, and the perfect amount of nuttiness from the candied pecans to bring all the flavors together. Both romaine and mixed greens were present. I thought they could have been chopped a bit more, there were very large pieces to try to maneuver with a plastic fork. But, I made it work! All in all the salad was great and I felt great afterwards. If you are seeking a light but filling lunch or dinner, head on over and pick up a salad (or whatever else your heart and tummy desires)!“
“I got a chicken sandwich that tasted exactly like fish. In fact I almost made my ride turn around bc I thought it was the fish sandwich. Chicken was so processed that it was flaky, just like fish. It tasted like over cooked, rubbery fish, not flaky chicken. What a waste of time and money.“
“I honestly don't believe you can beat the value for your dollar at Wendy's.Their problem is an industry-wide problem. Their offering wage doesn't pay the bills. I understand that it's very hard to compete with entities like Walmart paying young people and old people alike $16 an hour to pick and bag other people's groceries. That problem creates the problems that customers are seeing and feeling when they try to shop here. Most people are patient don't mind waiting 5 to 10 minutes at the counter for somebody to take an order. But then you have others that just leave pulling their hair out.Like I said, I love Wendy's. Great product, great food. Biggest problem for them is finding people that'll work for the money they are offering.“
“My experience was awful there were at least 5 people working in the shop and I beleave that they all had just filled in there job application and were put to work 3 minuts prior to me putting in my order. service would have been faster if they had raised the cattle for the beef and grown their own potatoes for the fries. Total Disaster1 good management person can't compensate fast enough to cover a full crew of inconfident workers. My sympathy for the manager, the owner, and the franchise. RIP Wendy's.It was a good run, and for the most partYou did do a lot of good years.40 plus years, actually for me, it's a shame.“
