Wendy's in Las Vegas

“Brandon, who took my order, was extremely helpful, overly polite and truly just put an unexpected smile upon my face. I’m so much so I have never written a review for a fast service restaurant before in my life. That made me enjoy having to wait for my next flight of the Vegas airport

Amazing experience give this guy a race, he asked my name referred to me several times my name and just gave me an overall excellent feeling, thank you so much, Brandon. I really appreciate it.“

“So I don’t usually ever come to this side of town and this is my first time at this particular Wendy’s, but I will have to say the service here was phenomenal. The ladies working upfront, and even the staff in the back were so kind and patient with my disabled son since he was ordering for himself, but would be this experience 1000 times better is as we were getting ready to leave. I saw that one of their regulars came in and they were even checking up on him asking how his wife was doing because she didn’t appear to be with him at the time not only do they provide excellent service but they are also providing compassion to their customers especially the ones that they see frequently. When we were ordering my son, wanted to get a cookie and they even offered the promo of the coupon special that they had that was even cheaper than the cookie itself and now he has the option of getting a few more snacks on his next visit to any other Wendy’s this is the kind of customer service that really makes people wanna come back“

“Kira was extremely polite and helpful when trying to figure out what to order that would give me the most food for the cheapest price. She immediately welcomed me in and always had a smile. She even wish me a safe and good night. The food was hot and served quickly. When I asked for no pickles due to being allergic to them she made sure herself that none were put on my burger. 🫶 Now that was totally awesome 😎 Will definitely be going back to this location again when I can. Would give 10 stars if I could. 🫶“

“Turn on when does the try their breakfast was very impressed the breakfast fries are excellent and I've tried to burrito which is huge like a Chipotle burrito and the ham cheese egg English muffin one of also tried they were both excellent I will be back very soon because I enjoyed it that much.

Parking: Plenty of parking for handicap or just regular parking spots got real close to the door

Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy for wheelchair handicap parking spaces as I am disabled and got a parking space close to the door“

“The funny guy that works the drive thru has the best customer service ever ,, made my 1st time at this Wendy's fun and pleasant,,the magic trick with the straw was great,,,,his team that was there also did a good job getting the food out fast keeping customers laughing in a good mood on a friday 07/24/2026 at 6:22pm we need more drive thru service like this“

“Typical Wendy's in an older neighborhood... The staff here is golden though. They go out of their way to be nice to you and make sure that you are satisfied! I've been treated better here than at most full service restaurants. The food and the building are just the same as every other older Wendy's... The service here though sets it apart.“

“We got into a car accident right outside of this Wendy’s recently and thank God for this Wendy’s. They let us sit inside while we waited for a tow truck and Amaya was incredibly nice to me and my family. She even payed for minions toys for my kids with her own money! Amaya went above and beyond to be kind to a family who was going through a traumatic day and I can’t thank her enough!“

“I waited for awhile to even place my order in person. As they were handling the register.
During this time I was getting hungry until finally some tall cute human looked over at me, got my attention and signaled me almost as if they were saying “you can order now”

I approached the front, unsure of what I wanted to order so this cute funny person helped me out and recommended me some options.

I did proceeded to order a biggie bag double Bacon Stack Burger, all plain, no cheese.

As I waited for my food, I got myself a drink from the machine, soda doesn’t really have caffeine in it, tastes water downed, bummer.
I asked and they kindly refilled my drink with was sooo much better yay.

When I got my order, I stumbled upon a note on my tray saying “Call Me Cutie :3” following with their number 😳

Fries really good, nice salt, hot damn 🤤
Burger….has cheese….😑
I went to the front and got an exchange, yay 😃

Chicken nuggets, I got 5 instead of 4?? 😳
Inconsistent…don’t know how to do their job right. Hey but at least I got an extra. Next time do better.

Other than that, everything was decent. 😄“

“I was so hungry so i stopped in with my husband. My order was a little messed up but it was quickly corrected as soon as it was pointed out. They were kind, and very professional. Everyone has a bad day sometimes. What matters is that we do what we can to make things better. The food was PERFECT! The people were PERFECT. The restaurant was CLEAN and smelled like the yummy food I was craving. Thank you for a great experience. We'll be back.“

“I ate inside but the drive thru was hopping so it took awhile to get my order in. Because it was busy the food didn't have time to sit around so it was pretty fresh and not cold. The inside was clean, all bins were stocked and the drink machine had my usual drink available. The men's room was clean and the paper towel dispenser was loaded.“

“We stopped at this Wendy’s for a quick dinner while we were on the road, and it was exactly what we needed after a long day. The food came out fresh and hot, our order was correct, and the service was quick and friendly.

Traveling with kids means sometimes you just need an easy dinner where everyone can find something they like, and Wendy’s did the job. 😂 We were able to eat, recharge, and get back on the road without any hassle.

Nothing fancy, just good fast food, good service, and a convenient stop for the family. We’d definitely stop here again if we were passing through!“

“There is an early daytime manager here that is so nice and she gives the best customer service! I used to frequent this Wendy’s getting the 2 for $3 egg and cheese English muffins with the herb butter and I’d call ahead so they’d be super fresh for me. 5 stars on the food if they still had these! They were delicious. Unfortunately they stopped carrying the English muffins so now we’ve had to order other things and my kids weren’t happy about that. They don’t like the biscuits at Wendy’s but they do have a wonderful croissant. Although it’s more extensive when we replace the muffin with croissant it does the trick. When you ask this manager to make sure your food is hot and fresh it comes out perfect. I wish I remembered her name. She’s pretty with dark hair and brown eyes. There’s a few other people who work the window who have always been super nice here as well. I wanted to thank you all for the exemplary service. I’m the type of person that will drive out of my way just to get good customer service so I highly recommend this Wendy’s especially during the daytime when that sweet manager is there! She deserves a raise. I love their chicken sandwiches. I miss the grilled chicken sandwiches with the honey mustard they had when I was growing up. Now I get the Asiago ranch chicken and the chicken breasts are thick and juicy the Asiago cheese and sauce are delicious. They also have 2 for $3 potato wedges that are amazing with loads of flavor and perfectly sized wedges that leave a flavor explosion in your mouth! Would love to hear if you come across this Wendy’s and how your experience is! Thanks again! I’ll see you guys soon! 🥰💕“

“The worker that helped us in the drive thru,, Daniel, was very nice, empathetic, understanding, helpful, knowledgeable, and gracious. He is an asset to his team and company. If he is not part of the managment team he should be because of all the things I mentioned. He has customer first attitude. The food was also great. Thank you Wendy's team for making our evening awesome.“

“Do not let Brandon go. I am sitting in the parking area now and he is seriously one of the happiest and upbeat employees I have seen since coming here. He was very apologetic for me waiting like 4 minutes. No apologies were necessary. He is very much appreciated.“

“Wendy's is my new favorite. I love the biggie bundle.. jr bacon Cheeseburger & double stack no onions are my favorites. No tomato no lettuce. I only go Rock Springs and Lake Mead. The Th/Fr crew is top notch. I hope i can get the same service at other shifts and location.“

“This wendys is awesome! The manager destiny and the night crew went above and beyond making my visit perfect! I will always come back because of them. If you are tired of bad service and expired food come to this wendys you will leave satisfied i promise. Thank you destiny and the night crew!“

“I had dinner here last night. Dave's single, extra tomato, Large Chili with customizations and a large Cherry Coke. It was the best meal I've had in any Wendy's in a long time. Chili was hot and so good I didn't even touch the burger til it was gone. The burger was delicious and actually looked very similar to the ones pictured in the menu. The place was spotless. This team nailed it!“

“Went through drive thru later in the evening tonight. Person that took my order was friendly. Made sure order was correct and fresh! Refreshing experience after dealing with poor service at other fast food restaurants!!!

Extremely friendly staff!“
