Wendy's in Las Vegas

“Chicken nuggets came out piping hot and crispy. Best wendys I've been to in a long time. Girl at register was super friendly too. The tables are shared by multiple food places so its not Wendys that cleans the area (like a mall food court). Prices are reasonable and more in line with a out of airport location compared to Poppeys and Mike's subs next door.“

“Kira was extremely polite and helpful when trying to figure out what to order that would give me the most food for the cheapest price. She immediately welcomed me in and always had a smile. She even wish me a safe and good night. The food was hot and served quickly. When I asked for no pickles due to being allergic to them she made sure herself that none were put on my burger. 🫶 Now that was totally awesome 😎 Will definitely be going back to this location again when I can. Would give 10 stars if I could. 🫶“

“Turn on when does the try their breakfast was very impressed the breakfast fries are excellent and I've tried to burrito which is huge like a Chipotle burrito and the ham cheese egg English muffin one of also tried they were both excellent I will be back very soon because I enjoyed it that much.

Parking: Plenty of parking for handicap or just regular parking spots got real close to the door

Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy for wheelchair handicap parking spaces as I am disabled and got a parking space close to the door“

“Typical Wendy's in an older neighborhood... The staff here is golden though. They go out of their way to be nice to you and make sure that you are satisfied! I've been treated better here than at most full service restaurants. The food and the building are just the same as every other older Wendy's... The service here though sets it apart.“

“I've lived near this Wendy's for over 3 years and for the first year or so I was always completely disappointed and hated coming here and so for over a year I made a point to avoid this particular Wendy's. Not only because of how poor the service was, my orders were always messed up on top of everything else then the price being super expensive for my order to always be messed up and the staff to be below par. Recently, within the last couple months or so of this year, I finally started coming back to this Wendy's, and it has improved so much, particularly the staff member OZZIE. He's the main reason I am willing to come back to this location after boycotting it for so long. He always gets my order correct and goes above and beyond. I am now willing to go to this location instead of avoiding it and going to other locations solely, because every time I've been recently, particularly when he's at the window my orders are never wrong and if something is not correct he fixes it and does a wonderful job and I truly appreciate his hard work. Like I used to dread this Wendy's location, it was the worst Wendy's, and he is absolutely the only reason I have been willing to come back to this Wendy's since!“

“Always love the square buns and square hamburgers here The meat has a distinct flavor that actually tastes like meat unlike some of the others. The restaurant and bathrooms were super clean and there is real comfortable seating here with tons of parking.“

“The tall 6'4 black gentleman with the head full of hair(sry didn't get his name) in drive-thru had exceptional customer service. It was difficult to speak to him when I pulled in but he was very patient. When I pulled up to window I understood why he was having difficulties, his headphones where trash and taped all up to hold together. 😂 Yet in still he apologized and explained the issue with the communication and proceeded to take my order. All smiles and his positive energy was infectious. I would definitely recommend visiting this location after 4pm. Seems to be when the stellar employees work. Prior visits and food were average. Today top notches service and food! Great job young king!!!!“

“So I called saying my frosty was wasn’t frosty it was melty and a women and a guy I got on the phone and the man was REALLY nice he was asking if a want another frosty and I said no because they were really nice and I didn’t want to waste their time“

“I stopped by this Wendy's after a long day into night of work... The person that came on the drive thru speaker, Randy, was absolutely awesome. Friendly, Funny, Welcoming, answered questions, made sure our order was correct, and really made my long day at the end, fun and light-hearted.
Customer Service is everything in my opinion, and smiles go a long way.,,,,,,,,,,,,
So if you want good Wendy's food and great, funny, and respectable service, visit Randy at this Wendy's ( Warm Springs & LasVegas Blvd), he has made my experience with this location the best and I have gone back specifically to this location eventhough there are about 4 others between my home and this Wendy's location.....!!!! 😋😎“

“I waited for awhile to even place my order in person. As they were handling the register.
During this time I was getting hungry until finally some tall cute human looked over at me, got my attention and signaled me almost as if they were saying “you can order now”

I approached the front, unsure of what I wanted to order so this cute funny person helped me out and recommended me some options.

I did proceeded to order a biggie bag double Bacon Stack Burger, all plain, no cheese.

As I waited for my food, I got myself a drink from the machine, soda doesn’t really have caffeine in it, tastes water downed, bummer.
I asked and they kindly refilled my drink with was sooo much better yay.

When I got my order, I stumbled upon a note on my tray saying “Call Me Cutie :3” following with their number 😳

Fries really good, nice salt, hot damn 🤤
Burger….has cheese….😑
I went to the front and got an exchange, yay 😃

Chicken nuggets, I got 5 instead of 4?? 😳
Inconsistent…don’t know how to do their job right. Hey but at least I got an extra. Next time do better.

Other than that, everything was decent. 😄“

“Went through the drive through about an hour before closing and Ruby was the sweetest girl running the window. She provided exellent service and made my day so much better. Thank you so much Ruby! I will definitely be back at this location more often :3c“

“I didn’t find a finger in my chili, but I did find myself in the bathroom taking a Daves Double of a deuce. Cleaned me out clear back to 1995 when I was all star running back at Durango High.
I feel like a new man.

“Do not let Brandon go. I am sitting in the parking area now and he is seriously one of the happiest and upbeat employees I have seen since coming here. He was very apologetic for me waiting like 4 minutes. No apologies were necessary. He is very much appreciated.“

“The service was okay. The restroom was pretty clean. The food was just average. My chicken sandwich was almost as hard as a rock with very little sauce, so dry, as well. My friend's burgers both had bacon that was hard and chewy, also. The fries were cooked more than usual, which I can usually expect when I ask for them well done but far from the crispness I truly desire. The brownie batter frosty was the saving grace of the whole meal and I enjoyed every last drop. And I must mention, the parking lot, and I assume most of the surrounding area had an incredibly foul odor in the air that was almost unbearable. I couldn't immediately discern the source of the smell but didn't spend very long outside. Luckily, the stench did not continue once we were inside or else we wouldn't have stayed to eat there.“

“The people at this Wendy's are so wonderful. They're kind they are welcoming and when I walk in that store even though I don't spend a lot of money, I always feel like I am with my friends. I don't understand the rest of these places because the quality is good and I would do anything for these people just because they've always been so kind to me. Wendy's is thinking about concentrating on chicken and they should it's absolutely the best I have ever tasted . I haven't tried the tenders but the nuggets are to die for“

“There is an early daytime manager here that is so nice and she gives the best customer service! I used to frequent this Wendy’s getting the 2 for $3 egg and cheese English muffins with the herb butter and I’d call ahead so they’d be super fresh for me. 5 stars on the food if they still had these! They were delicious. Unfortunately they stopped carrying the English muffins so now we’ve had to order other things and my kids weren’t happy about that. They don’t like the biscuits at Wendy’s but they do have a wonderful croissant. Although it’s more extensive when we replace the muffin with croissant it does the trick. When you ask this manager to make sure your food is hot and fresh it comes out perfect. I wish I remembered her name. She’s pretty with dark hair and brown eyes. There’s a few other people who work the window who have always been super nice here as well. I wanted to thank you all for the exemplary service. I’m the type of person that will drive out of my way just to get good customer service so I highly recommend this Wendy’s especially during the daytime when that sweet manager is there! She deserves a raise. I love their chicken sandwiches. I miss the grilled chicken sandwiches with the honey mustard they had when I was growing up. Now I get the Asiago ranch chicken and the chicken breasts are thick and juicy the Asiago cheese and sauce are delicious. They also have 2 for $3 potato wedges that are amazing with loads of flavor and perfectly sized wedges that leave a flavor explosion in your mouth! “I have not gotten a burger from Wendy's for years. I must say the meat was a very odd texture. So odd in fact, it is difficult to put words to it. It was kind of like the texture of meatloaf. There was nothing wrong with it but it was not something that I enjoyed. The brownie milkshake was a whole new level of yum. You gotta check it out. It is decadent and delicious. 😋 The staff at the Boca location were exceedingly nice.“
