Today I went in and ordered a meal and when I looked in back I seen the young lady using no gloves so I approached the manager about the situation.she told the employee to wash her hands and put gloves on the employee reply was was very rude the manager is definitely scared of employee cause she smiled it out and looked scared .the employee than came towards me screaming cause she didn't want to wash her hands and put gloves on. I'm getting to the point where I don't want to patronize any Wendy's restaurants. Whenever I ask for fresh fries, they still give you cold, often times old fries, or they dip them in grease to give the appearance of fresh fries. My burger was not made fresh and was visibly premade because the cheese had been melted to the point where it hadn't looked like there was cheese on the burger.
