Now there not out of Frosty mix but the machine is always broken. Gotta be garbage management.Half the reason people come to your restaurant is those Frostys.Go to a different location if you can.

Today I went in and ordered a meal and when I looked in back I seen the young lady using no gloves so I approached the manager about the situation.she told the employee to wash her hands and put gloves on the employee reply was was very rude the manager is definitely scared of employee cause she smiled it out and looked scared .the employee than came towards me screaming cause she didn't want to wash her hands and put gloves on. I never in my life been sweared and disrespected with management not doing anything.i asked for a refund was denied. i will be reporting to the higher upper what employees thinks they can fight customers with concerns on foodunacceptable.

I'm getting to the point where I don't want to patronize any Wendy's restaurants. Whenever I ask for fresh fries, they still give you cold, often times old fries, or they dip them in grease to give the appearance of fresh fries. My burger was not made fresh and was visibly premade because the cheese had been melted to the point where it hadn't looked like there was cheese on the burger. They didn't even bother to add the mustard, extra lettuce, and tomatoes that I requested either. This is just the most recent visit. Every time I purchase from Wendy's, there's always an issue with the quality of food from here, which is why I stopped patronizing as much as I used to

I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich, a grilled chicken wrap, and a large ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich combo with no crispy onions and a blueberry pomegranate lemonade. You would think this would be a simple order to fulfill but apparently not. Upon requesting no crispy onions on my ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich I was informed very rudely that that sandwich doesn't come with onions even though I could see with my own eyes on the physical menu AND had seen on the menu online prior to visiting the location that it does in fact come with onions. Whatever. I went on with ordering and the attendant informed me that they were out of blueberry pomegranate lemonade so I opted for strawberry lemonade instead. They did not repeat my order to me at the menu or the window and the screen on which you are supposed to be able to see your order while placing it was obscured. The attendant was also very short with me while I was ordering. I sat at the window for a good two minutes before being acknowledged. The woman at the window whose uniform looked like that of a manager handed me two drinks, a medium and a large strawberry lemonade. I only ordered one drink. I'm used to ordering two drinks when I'm with my boyfriend, however, so I didn't notice at first. I informed her that I did not want crispy onions on my ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich and she yelled across the restaurant what I had said. She then told me to park off to the side while they prepared my order. I looked at my receipt while waiting and noticed they had charged me for a medium combo instead of a large. After waiting a long time a girl finally came out and I informed her that I ordered a large combo, not a medium one. She dug through the already ripped paper bag and verified that I had received a large fry. I asked if she could bring me some ranch and ketchup since I didn't have the chance to ask for it at the window before being hurried off. At this point I had the spicy chicken sandwich, the grilled chicken wrap, and a large fry. The ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich was missing. When a different attendant came back with the sauces after an even longer amount of time, I informed him that I had not received my other item and that I did not want crispy onions on it. After waiting another long amount of time, I was given the sandwich and it had crispy onions on it despite my asking three different people for no onions. I was too frustrated at this point to say anything and the boy had already left so I went home frustrated. I took the onions off myself and the meal was okay except for my boyfriend's grilled chicken wrap not tasting good. After speaking with four different employees, my order still came out wrong and took forever to be prepared. Not only that but since they mischarged me, they had given me a free large drink and free large fry. Working in fast food is not hard. I did it for a long time. I haven't come to this Wendy's ever without having an issue. Since there's another location not much farther away I will start going there instead. I'm not sure if it's an issue of incompetence or just not slowing down enough to be conscious of what's going on around them but the employees here are not good at their jobs.

Maybe the corporate office should be doing their job and look at the reviews for this place, the girl at the drive thru gave me by bag with an incomplete order then when she sees that I start counting my burgers she rudely says, mam it's all in there. I said no mam it's not here check for yourself. She gets mad and ask me what do I want? Hmm excuse me, I want what I paid for which is 4 burgers not 3. She goes back to grab another burger and just says Here Here basically throwing it at me. The manager standing right behind Her seeing her rude attitude and defending her by continuing to say my order is complete. They didn't want to check my bag and still made me feel as if I was lying that my order was incomplete after I was handing them the bag for them to check. And after all they still gave me the wrong burgers when I got home I opened them. Ugh this place sucks as a business. They should reconsider firing management. It starts there.

The lady with the glasses and the funny mouth doesn’t know how to do her job. Rude, doesn’t pay attention, zero customer service, and I had to come back to the window 3 times cuz she couldn’t get an order right.

I have a complaint about the two girls short curly hair, who take our membership card, they are very rude, one day they behave badly, they don't even say hi, one day they laugh and make fun of us, I don't understand what's wrong With them, good people should be employed in that important position, use good manners to make both our children and ourselves feel good and happy. their time is from 8:00 am morning to 2:00 pm
