Food was hot and tasty. Alan was the star of the experience. He was nice friendly and very cheerful-unusual for an airport food court employee.

Service can be hit or miss, with friendly and efficient staff at times, but also occasional poor acknowledgment. The restaurant is a popular spot for travelers, especially before morning flights at Harry Reid airport, thanks to delicious breakfast sandwiches and plenty of seats in the early morning. Free soda refills are a plus, and there are many treats to try, including the salted caramel frosty and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. This Wendy's is a great choice for quick fast food on the go or during long layovers.
