My family of three went through the drive through and ordered a Baconator double, a single cheese hamburger and an spicy chicken sandwich. We were told that the total came to $15.43 at the order station. When we came around to the payment window, I was told the order was $21.21. I thought there was a mistake and told the girl (with very poor English), I thought she had the wrong order. I repeated what we had ordered. It took literally 7 minutes for someone tocome to the counter and 7 minutes for drinks! What is going on? The sense of urgency here is non existent and we were the only ones there and all the tables were dirty. Cashier was super friendly and apologetic at least he was the only saving grace.

Been to this location multiple times before and it used to be awesome. I've been there twice in a row now and they have given me fries that are stale and cold. I just picked up my food and had one fry thar was borderline stale.For a company that advertises fresh food and fresh fries is not meeting it's own standards.
