I am so disappointed that this location runs so poorly.I was thrilled to get a Wendy's on our side of town....they are generally my favorite fast food location for the quality of food you get in a timely manner.But unfortunately this location falls short in both quality and speed.It clearly starts with the management of the location, as business hours begin at 6:30am, and I have arrived at this location several times after 7:00am and the employees are standing outside waiting...read full review
The didn't give me my order and refused to credit make for the missing item. Been here plenty of evenings and never had a problem but the lack of customer service or willingness to own up to an error was disappointing. This location is not worth the visit save yourself the trouble and go to the rainbow
