My experience at Wendy's on w Charleston is always wonderful but I feel bad for manager Nelson because your app is the worst app on the planet it saves money but it never saves time because it takes forever to order and half the time it doesn't scan. The app will not cooperate with the computers. Please improve your app to return back to the fast food category.
Can't beat a Biggie Bag for them hungry pre teens!! Ooh don't even get me started on that REAL HOMEMADE LEMONADE...YUMMY! O if you haven't had the Peppermint Frosty what you waiting on!?! Thanks

Management needs to handle drifters that sit inside by the side door and rush customers returning to their cars in the parking lot panhandling. Yeah it’s Vegas and it’s Charleston, but this location should and can do better to protect their customers . Food was fine, place was clean, staff was friendly.
