Arby's in Henderson

“I have a feeling there are more reviews based on bad experiences than good here. So I wanted to post my excellent experience here. The staff was very friendly and they made my order correctly. Everything was also hot and delicious. Thank you!“

“Drive through guy speaking in some bizarre, intermittently understandable English occasionally substituting words like "fries" with "prize" and is passively agressive with the intentional mumble miscommunication theme. If you say no thanks when offered a "prize" he's sayin' "not a me den?"

I guess because he's working at the drive-through window at Arbys and probably endures 10 times as much disfunction? I dunno but food was on point and it was no big deal. Kids will be kids. I was 15yo once too. ?“

“Ordered food from drive-thru. Service was excellent and friendly. Food was prepared just right. I got some sauce and some napkins with my order. Prices were fair. Good job.

Parking: Stephanie/Sunset location at the Galleria Mall shopping center.“

“Check your take out order before you leave. Don’t take their word it is correct. Both were managers. Frustrating.

Positive. New management has store looking cleaner. Improvements on the way once they get the kinks out of service.“

“Typical Arby's with decent food options. Convenient drive through off of Stephanie and West horizon ridge. Rated a bit lower due to drive through issues this time. After a long wait a long time for the clerk to answer the intercom I drove up to window. I waited three minutes and was told to move to the storefront (although no one was behind me in line). Then waited an additional five minutes for my order. So just slow this time around“
