You all be NICE at the drive thru (Especially around the time they open) Because Patty is the sweetest and she deserves all the respect.. Lol. Also, I personally have never had an issue with my food orders especially with ordering ahead on mobile app. It’s always done already after placing 10 mins prior to me placing it.

Arby's is a popular restaurant known for its variety of choices and exceptional service. While some menu items may change, the staff remains professional, friendly, and always willing to provide a smile. The employees go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for customers. The restaurant has shown a willingness to listen to feedback and make improvements, especially under new management. Many customers appreciate the friendly and efficient employees, along with the fair prices and good food quality. However, there are concerns regarding food quality inconsistencies, such as hard crinkle fries or soggy beef 'n cheddar, as well as cleanliness issues, like water on the floor from an overflowing soda machine. Some customers may still be disappointed by the lack of certain items, such as onion rings or potato cakes, but overall, Arby's remains a great option for a quick meal.
