I have to give a big thank you to Sandy, one of the managers, she completely turned a disappointing experience into a positive one. A few days ago I was craving Arby's, it's been a few months since I've purchased food from there and I really wanted two beef ' n cheddar. When I got home however, it tasted awful. The meat tasted funny. It was soggy. I was so let down and left a review expressing my disappointment. I wasn't planning on returning for a while after that visit. Not too long after the manager reached out to me and apologized for my experience. She gave an opportunity to give them another try, so I did. Waaayyy better. Was perfect! Just what I was looking for. Sandy was kind, genuine, and professional. When my husband went through the drive thru he said the girl called him sir, which is not something you ordinarily hear when going to a fast food establishment, and he said he was pleased with the professionalism. We will definitely be returning!
This is the second time they mess up my order so first time we went in I told cashier I didn't want ranch on my market turkey I even went back while they were making it to not put any ranch and the girl said yea yea and of course there was ranch on it didn't have time to wait for them to make another one that was last week and last night went thru drive thru and this time they gave me a turkey wrap instead of a market turkey they need to pay more attention to what customers are ordering my fault for not checking what was in my bag so disappointed and fries were stale and cold my daughters fries were also cold

It's sad that I have to go out of my way to find an arby's restaurant based on where I live. But I like coming to this one, The staff is friendly and knowledgeable... Very attentive. The order was completed quickly and hot when given. I will definitely be coming back. But i really wish that they would bring the potato cakes.Parking: It's located in a large shopping center on the east side of Stephanie, and it's visible from the street. But it's easier to get to if you turn in where the stop light is and then make an left once you're inside the parking lot.
Ordered chicken wrap, they slathered bacon all over it.

2 beef and cheddar, 1 ruben meal 27.00! Rubin sandwich was so small. It wouldn't have filled an infant up. You guys have lowered yourself to the level of all the rest of them. minimal food for maximum money.

GYRO! At last a place that serves a real, great tasting gyro! My home city is kind of known for our Greek Gyros, so it's a high bar, lol, but this one basically hits all the points. Very enjoyable sandwich!

The ladies were really nice but they totally forgot our whole kids meal, we ordered 2 kids meal and they just gave us one and gave us extra curly fries when we ordered a couple regular crinkle fries. :/ and it was too late for me to go back after the long drive since I don't live in Henderson.
