I absolutely love this place. The molcajete is so good. Everytime we drive to Vegas, we stop before heading back home. Service can be a little slow but the staff is very nice.
Love how easy they made it. The whole process was seamless.
The Precolonial/ Pre Hispanicas Blue Maiz Quesadillas were unique, flavorful, & filling. Will definitely come back for those and a dark rich not too sweet aqua de jamaica.

Chile Caliente Restaurante & Bar offers authentic Mexican food in a safe, fun, and colorful atmosphere. The restaurant handles large parties efficiently and provides prompt service. The menu features a variety of meats, seafood, chicken, and veggies in generous portions, including the popular molcajete dish, tostada de ceviche, and chilaquiles divorciados. Chips and salsa are muy delicioso, and the food is consistently good. Customers can enjoy excellent margaritas, such as the tamarindo margarita and mango margaritas, including the new margarita of the month and the dorados martini with watermelon flavor. The bar creates a chill vibe during the day, perfect for relaxing and getting a little buzz. Karaoke nights on Saturdays add to the lively experience, with some singers being amazing! Although service can sometimes be a bit slower with bigger parties, overall, the food and ambience are great. This spot is definitely a hidden gem!
