McDonald's in Las Vegas

“Recommended.
The only normally priced meal. I had while in Vegas for a week. I assume they would actually be much higher than normal, but they did not seem to be very nice.Large restaurant with normal prices and fast service.Like any other mcdonald's“

“This location is awesome. This morning I received fast, friendly service. The supervisor/manager in charge was very friendly and beautiful. And they don't treat you like crap when you ask to use the rest room. Unlike several other locations.“

“The best McDonald's location in the Las Vegas area. They still have cash registers, the employees are attentive, courteous and are keeping the restaurant clean.

The double cheese burgers I had were on point and very tasty. Fresh hot fries too.“

“They allowed homeless people to sit right in front of the door so we literally had to pass over them in order to go inside. Pretty scary for a woman by herself. They made no attempt to ask them to not block the door. The service was also very slow.“

Don’t understand why you would throw away a toy when you could make McDonald’s more money by just selling it to us and making a child very happy.“

Excellent run store and SUPER CLEAN...keep up the great work..well done...it's on par with the McDonald's I visited in Vienna( super clean)...but not even close to the stores in Toronto ( super filth)...so my comparison pool is large...

Good stuff!
Cleaning staff are fantastic as are the cashiers etc...I even noticed 2 different mops for the food handling area and sitting area...Excellent!

“I had an amazing experience today with Sean. He said it was his third day working there but that young man had amazing manners and was extremely polite and respectful. I had to pull forward while i waited for my order and when he brought out food he apologized for the wait and actually went back inside to get us more ranch and ketchup. Know how to appreciate the people and I mean every employee here. Somehow I ended up with a patty on a double quarter patty that just wasn’t ready to be served. This staff was super attentive and ready to make it right and offered us multiple free items to make up for the inconvenience! “Rideshare driver, came here at 4am, sketchy spot, unhoused community nearby, passers through often, but the staff was hella friendly and respectful but still made sure you weren't trying to steal or anything, let's people chill at the machines sometimes (as a good thing).

Able to park in the back for privacy if you gotta do something you don't want seen or to be surprised by“

“Some of the best community service I have received from a place. Come here frequently and never feel out of place. It's a McDonald's so it's not the best food but is still good when you need something quick. Besides for the occasional questionable person in the building it's pretty good 5 out of 5. 💯“

“The food is consistently good, but there are frequently people loitering and panhandling near the entrance. While this is not the restaurant's fault, it can create an uncomfortable experience for customers entering and leaving the establishment.“

“I would normally give this location a 5 for the food but for some reason my son did not want to eat his nuggets this time. He said something just wasn't right and he eats them alot so he would know. I tried them and they did taste a little off.“

“It’s good to see that there are still employees that take care of their customers and not just pretend they don’t see them! Even when they are super busy. Came in 6/14 2pm with my 5 year old daughter.

“I like to come to this location because the midday staff is on their A-game pretty much every time. The day crew always keeps it clean and friendly, the food comes fast and fresh. One gentleman, who I have seen excelling at this job on multiple visits, took the initiative to let me know that was about to be done for the day and offered to personally take my order to ensure it was taken before breakfast ended. I did continue at the self-serve kiosk, given that I was nearly finished, but that action exemplified the quality of his service. Always looking forward to coming back.“

“Typically make mobile orders for discounted fries/coffees and am usually turned around quickly and accurately. Depending on time of day when ordering, fries can be fresh OR a bit stale from being under warmers for a bit, but are usually good enough regardless.
The mcChickens i get here are good but also can be HEAVY on the mayo. not bad but they do kind of feel bukkake-adjacent“

“Hands down the best and cleanest McDonalds. I cone here once a week for months with my son for the play place. This place is SPOTLESS. The drink-machine you could lick it! The employees are top notch and work their butts off cos this location is busy!

The drive thru parking lot gets difficult. You can get trapped. If you cone for drive theu easiest on non peak hours. The whole team deserves LOTS of kudos. McDonalds is such a special place for kids. Their standards of excellence at this location is what is ideal when thinking about McDonalds as a brand. I don't usualy post reviews but I had to.“

“I think we were here 3 times. If you need your steps.... Didn't be afraid to venture out.
Staff is friendly and very eager to serve their customers. I think they work to get customers their orders which overall is the end game experience. It's giving lean.“

“The dining room opens at 6:00 a.m., is kept clean, and is not very busy in the first hour or more. The drive-through is busy, but moving smoothly. The staff is courteous and professional. The service is very good. The food is consistently very good, and served hot and fresh. “I mostly only do coffee now at McD and much less often now.
Reasons have less to do with quality of food and service than the corporate structure, support and direction. But there are few other corporate businesses that have also lost my dollars and many more local, independent, individual businesses have gained my support and dollars.“

“Theirs a woman who wore a construction vest that reflects light. Who greeted us coming inside and just made us feel welcomed. Even when we left she wished us a good day. I saw her attending everyone else with the same energy. Just because of her I'd gladly come back again and again.“

“I say this is probably one of the most efficient McDonald's on the side of town. Definitely convenient right before the freeway and always busy. But regardless they move things in the Drive-Thru very quickly and are pretty accurate with their orders. Never had a problem here good staff“

“Please dont be fooled by the bad reviews, this place was awsome! As soon as we walked in to the McDonald's side it was like walking into a separate building, it was very big inside. Only one of the kiosks was on and it was in use, but as soon as one of the workers saw us she offered to help us. She was super sweet and she spoke clearly. We found a seat and our food came to us in less then five minutes! It was really good, everything was warm and we didnt have to wait long when asking for some ketchup. The air conditioning was on, they played good music and the tables were clean. The drive thru was moving fast and the customers looked happy. I would definitely bring my family back again.“

The kiosk, I found contactless ordering and payment fine, until they bah your food up and set it on the counter and never call our the #, or update the computee to the # served next. 20 mins it sat behind the counter until the food was cold, and I lost my patience and composer. “It's McDonald's! My granddaughter asked to go to McDonald's. We were parked right next to a Burger King. I asked, hey why don't we go to Burger King instead? She said no! “If your looking for a quick bite this is the place for you. They serve breakfast items like the mcgriller and different sausage sanwiches their coffe is the best from got to blended. They also have for lunch and dinner burgers and different kinds of chicken like nuggets which aremy fave and also chicken sandwiches.They even have a fish sandwich. If you need something sweet after your meal they have that covered to from milkshakes to fried apple pie.“

“One of the best McDonald's ever. For 945pm, March 24. At the kiosk, we take a number and a nice person brings it to us. I ordered my fries without salt. The young lady made a point of telling me the fries just finished cooking when she saw I had no salt on my ticket. They were nice and hot. The young lady made me feel like a valued customer. The food was delicious. The restaurant was very clean. If this location were near my home in South Carolina, I would eat there a lot. “I bring my youngest grandson here every day after school Monday through Thursday. And we spend a good quality time here, he likes to play with the children in the playground where there are many children playing and running around, screaming, being loud being children 😆 just having fun! Being children and doing what children do, making friends 🧡.

“After shopping at Smiths, I decided to pick up a sandwich from McDonald's in the same parking lot. When I walked in, I was going to turn around and walk out because it was so busy, but I stayed and ordered anyway. I had to order from the machine because it was too busy for the one young man working front counter while everyone worked the drive thru and prepare food. He politely told the front counter customers to order from the machine on the dining room simply because he was the only one working front counter; at the same time he was making sure the workers get the order together and get them out to the customers. It was dinner rush around 6:45pm. Let me tell you, he did great!!! He constantly told the front counter customers to be patient with him while he do his best to take care of each and every one of us including Door Dash and UberEATS!!! He kept his cool and thanked each and every customer for their patience!! When my order was ready, I made sure I let him know he was doing just fine. Hopefully he will continue to keep his cool while he get through the dinner rush! That is one hard working young man! I give him a TEN PLUS for his excellent customer skills!! Next time I won't be so skeptical of visiting during dinner rush knowing there is someone there that knows how to handle himself working under pressure!! Fabulous job to your dinner crew!!“

“Guuuurrrrllll, this McDonald’s right here is the one. I think the A team was working this morning because they actually made my iced coffee and sweet tea lemonade to a perfect blend. My McMuffins weren’t burnt either!!! And all the employees are nice, none of those deadbeat teenagers with sour attitudes at the window. Definitely my go to McDonald’s for the morning rushes. Only improvement I’d recommend is to get security to get those unhoused men to stop loitering in the drive through lanes.“

“I only give this review for two people manager Vincent and employee Dion . I came to pick up my drive thru order and was immediately annoyed over the fact they told me I couldn’t pick up my coworkers orders please make that make sense I asked for manager and I was given some girl which I didn’t even bother her name she started talking about rules I specifically asked for a manager and I was given her . Vincent came thru with great customer service resolved my issue and gave me my coworkers food . He was apologetic and it wasn’t his fault I just appreciate the care and Dion was just just adorable he brought me out my order and asked if there was anything else he can help me with . “We came in tonight for the JJB school fundraiser. It was SUPER busy so as soon as we saw a table open up, we jumped on it. There was some food and ketchup from the previous people. I was hoping someone might come by and wipe it but all the employees were working super hard. I caught Brendon's eye and asked if we could get a quick wipe. He couldn't have been any nicer. He grabbed a towel and wiped everything thoroughly. I felt bad because it was so busy, but he was so nice and positive I felt a lot better. He also brought us our food, and a other family joined and was sweet to see if they wanted their ice cream a little later so the kid's had time to eat. Great employee with a really positive attitude that stood our for me. Thank you Brendon!“

“One of the better McDonald’s in Vegas area. The manager is very attentive and resolves issues quickly. I had a curbside pick up order that took over 27 minutes. I can’t fault them bc it was the app. The app said my order was still being prepared and I was parked in the shade due to the heat for about 5 minutes after the order and moved to my spot shortly after I ordered the meal when my notification said my order was about to be delivered. 20+ minutes after as I was sitting in my spot the food didn’t come out so I went inside and the manager realized that I had missed my food order.

She quickly reheated my fries and brought me out my happy meals!

Because it was the BTS happy meal I asked if she had a couple of the figurines of BTS that I was missing and gave me an additional one bc I had such a long wait.

That was so kind of her and I almost finished my BTS collectibles bc of her.
