About McDonald's

McDonald's is known for its excellent customer service, with friendly and courteous staff who provide great care to customers. The food is consistently delicious, with a wide range of options including the Quarter Pounder with Cheese. The service has earned five-star reviews, but there are some concerns with the mobile app. Customers have reported issues with getting the wrong order when using the app, so they advise checking the receipt at the first window. The restaurant is kid-friendly, offering many items on the child menu that kids would enjoy, along with an indoor ballpark. While prices may have increased, the quality of food and service remains the same, although some customers have noted that employees and managers can be slow to respond. Wheelchair accessibility is available. Recent reviews mention issues with order accuracy and food quality, with one customer stating their fish sandwiches and shakes were cold and poorly made, and another sharing an unfortunate experience of their e-bike being stolen due to lack of bicycle racks. Despite some challenges, many customers still enjoy the classic menu, especially hot fries and vanilla milkshakes. The restaurant continues to be a popular spot for families and individuals alike.
