This location did not mess my or my wife's order, and food was fresh and hot, services was fast. The only reason I'm putting a 4star, second window did not read back our order to us. On overall experience I'm really impressed because out of all locations though out several states ever been to my order is has always been messed up or impolite staff and I am to the point that any restaurant not just McDonald's (most of the time it is a McDonald's) that if they screw up my order...read full review
I ALWAYS enjoy the nice, friendly staff that is at this location on Desert Inn and McCloud. The fries are always hot and fresh and the main meal is always made to order. I used to go every Saturday, Sunday and Monday, but due to work schedule and location of my work, I am only able to attend lonce per week. McDonald's is a typical fast-food chain with a convenient drive-thru service. The food is great, and the employees are absolutely great. The daytime employees, in particular, are awesome. They’re patient, kind, and just genuinely good at their jobs. This location is always a pleasure to visit. The customer service needs improvement, but this location is always a pleasure to visit. The food is great, but the dining area can be chaotic, with a not-so-impressive play place for kids. Be prepared for some issues with customized orders and coupons. Despite some challenges, exceptional service from staff can make a big difference in the customer experience.
