Some questions at the second window, so little communication through coworkers. Didn’t wait extremely long in the drive through, but could have been quicker. Fries were hot. Did have to ask for some items missing.

The McDonald's restaurant near Martin Luther King is known for its drive-thru issues, often causing congestion and making it hard to exit the parking lot. Despite this, the staff members like Jacob provide excellent service, helping with orders and suggesting popular items like the McFlurry and Apple Pie. The friendly cashier at the first window also ensures accuracy in orders and assists with any modifications, creating a positive dining experience. Customers praise the young drive-thru worker for never messing up an order, staying positive, and managing business with ease. The location is also appreciated for its cleanliness and family-friendly atmosphere, with a play place that children enjoy. Kaia, a server, is recognized for her kindness and helpfulness, especially when assisting with the kiosk. It is considered the least busy McDonald's in town, making visits quick and convenient, though some reviews note a slight slip in service quality over time. Overall, this location is highly recommended for friendly service and a pleasant environment.
