Always easy and smooth drive thru transactions but, having a window guy Saggin' and Strapped up in the drive-thru... Sad!!! Ecspecially when he wants the Customer to know hes carrying!!! Jus'gime my Caramel Frap, SHhhhZzzzzz!!!!

Additionally, they ran out of collector's cups without informing customers, but the manager handled the situation efficiently, showing concern for the staff's oversight.
