The burger was pretty lackluster since the beef patties lacked flavor. Maybe more seasoning would've helped. The fries were decent. Also, the menu on their website does not match the in house menu.
Great place for a quick bite to eat with very reasonable prices. I'm here for a work conference and spaced keeping my receipt. I went back 4hrs later and the cashier found my receipt for me. She took the extra step to satisfy the customer and I appreciate it very much when she didn't have to do that for me.
I have lived Steak & Shake for years. There isn't one near me, so I always make a point to visit this one when I'm nearby. The service was fantastic, and food was great... Not a single complaint.
