they gave me exceptional service this morning ! i ordered my breakfast on the app n i came a few minutes after breakfast was over. despite this the manager was so nice about it n still gave me my food out of the kindness of her heart. the people here genuinely care and that's rare for fast food workers. i highly recommend this mcdonald's if you want great service and great quality.
A few times when I've gone here and ordered a Big Mac combo which comes standard with a medium drink but they automatically charge for a large. My guess is this is something the management has instructed the employees to do. French fries were soggy today as well.
