I am pretty dang pleased with Shiver River Shave Ice & Thrifty Ice Cream! I had lunch there last weekend and enjoyed it so much I went back again yesterday.
I’m going to come right out and say it. They make the single best cheeseburger I have ever had in Bullhead. Last weekend my daughter had it plain and gave me her last bite.
