We visited Laughlin Ranch Grill several times over the years with the hope that the service would get better. On Sep 26 we were a group of 6 and It took us almost an hour to receive 5 salads and one burger plate. It's unfortunate because the food is good but the service is HORRIBLE!!!
Our waiter Orlando was exceptional. It was our first time here and our 42 anniversary and he suggested the Crostini appetizer. It is the best we have ever had. The Salmon was delicious. Cocktails were on point. We will be back.
We have enjoyed dining at The Range for years. We are regulars, 2-3 times a week. We love our regular waiter Nick, and Cheryl is outstanding! We have noticed the very dirty view windows for months now. I would think this would be maintained a little better in a nice restaurant like the Range.
