First of all I want to say that I love your shakes and so much more.
I was very happy when I moved to Bullhead City, AZ because this location is really close. The food is great, prices fair and service horrible. On more than one occasion I have left without food, or even being able to order after waiting 10+ minutes. Tonight, while doordashing,, I arrived pushed the red call button and waited. Sonic Drive-In provides fast and efficient service, with hot food and huge, affordable Route 44 drinks. The drive-through experience is quick, and some staff offer great customer service. The food is great, and employees are friendly. The workers here are always amazing, and even come out to make sure a custom order went through the system properly. They answered immediately. Promptly came to window and served us quickly. Pleasant, polite and friendly staff. Great service and drinks were perfect. This location is severely understaffed.
