“I had ordered a 19 item ticket with add ons and 3 drinks at about 2pm with a decent rush going on. When I arrived for my pickup at the drive thru it took less than 10 min and no mistakes were made to any of the add-ons. When I got home I realized I didnt not have my 12pc Cinnabon. I had called the store right away and Julia answered the phone in less than 15 seconds. I stated the problem to Julia and she had apologized for the inconvenience. She told me not to worry I could finish my food while its hot and to take my time and mention her name when I had arrived back at the tacobell and they would have it replaced. When I had finished my food and arrived back at the taco bell Julia had my food ready in less than 2 min at the window where I was also compensated for making the trip again. These guys had brilliant attitudes and made the trip worth it 10/10 will be back again. THANKS SO MUCH TO JULIA“
“Ok i NEVER feel a need to give a fast food restaurant a good review bc let's face it, they are usually doing the bare minimum IF THAT. HOWEVER BRYAN DESERVES GOLD STARS AND A RAISE! THIS MAN DIDNT MISS A BEAT AND REALLY IMPRESSED ME TODAY. HE WAS ALL OVER THE STORE WORKING HARD AND GIVING HIS ALL TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE. I WAS IMMEDIATELY IMPRESSED WITH HOW HE HANDLED ORDER TAKING, BUT THEN WHEN WE GOT TO THE WINDOW TO WAIT FOR OUR FOOD I WAS EVEN MORE IMPRESSED SEEING HUM RUN AROUND THE STORE GETTING EVERYTHING DONE WHILE STILL GIVING 10 STAR ATTENTION TO THE PEOPLE AT THE ORDERING PODEM IN THE FRIVE THRU. I CANNOT DAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT WHAT I EXPERIENCED TODAY IN THIS STORE! Bryan works hard and is so polite and knows his stuff! THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE, WHATEVER HE MAKES, ITS NOT ENOUGH, GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!!!! I WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION! HECK YES! GO BRYAN!!!“
