I am disappointed. Although my group and I enjoyed ourselves, I am not impressed with management following up on a complaint I had. I received probably the worst customer service I have ever received by Lisa the bartender that was working that night. I left very detailed info.. what time the incident happened, to what I was wearing and what was said. I asked for a call buck (twice) We still enjoyed our stay but sadly im not sure if will be back. Loss of a customer over a water.
We just stayed there last night. Had a beautiful king room with a mountain view on the 5th floor. Our room was very nice, clean, and had a wonderful shower. The hotel had a concert going on which was awesome, bands playing, an arcade, a bowling alley, a coffee shop, and a good selection of restaurants too. And of course, a big casino!! We loved it!
Please bring back the buffet, as it is sorely missed.
Adding just one reasonably priced dinner a week would almost certainly be a hit, with all us regulars converging on that one night, week after week.
As much as I liked your Taco Tuesday offerings, Wednesday might be even better for profitability, as the only other buffet in the whole Verde Valley is closed on Wednesdays. They, by the way, have been absolutely packed ever since you closed your buffet. Financially...read full review
